Here's a creation of mine I finished recently. I built it to look like a traditional Harley 'bobber' . I chopped up the donor machine and used its seat, seatpole, crank housing, headstem.and rear axle mounts. The wheels are those standard Schwinn Stingray 20' 105ml numbers, the cranks and derailleur were picked up from a rubbish collection. The bars are custom made by me, as are the forks, which are all TIG welded together. The risers were sourced from a stray pocketbike.

I call this bike " TUBS " as it projects a looks that's it's pretty fat and tubby as you ride it. The curved pipe incorporated in the downtube was donated from a bedframe I found in the same rubbish collection.

I calculated the trail measurement after deciding on the rake, modding the front wheel offset to the desired location. It handles pretty well, you can lay it right over round the corners with all that rubber on the road !

Matt black is the only colour for me with a little earthly green thrown in there to break it up a bit.

Hopefully you find this of use for your galley next time round.
