This is a trike I built a little while  ago.  I built it for my brother who's a fairly big dude  (6'4") and I called it the 20/20 Heavy (for heavy duty  frame).  It's built out of mild 1.25" square steel tube, and  the seat is made out of 1" EMT tubing with a hand sewn mesh  seat.  It has 20" wheels all around (which is the source of  the 20/20 name) 21 speeds and front rim brakes.  It has a  fully-adjustable seat fore and aft as well as seat back angle and it has a folding boom.  It's got a hand made carbon fibre rear fender a friend made for me and an aluminum guard built  into the rear fender supports to protect his daughter's feet when the child seat is mounted on the trike.
Construction details are here:
Thanks,
