It was five days of fun- with Cruiseball, Partycruise, voting for Cruiser of the year, Dragrace etc, are you in on it for 2007? We hope to see you there the last weekend of July this year. Frank Russo UPDATE FROM CNN (Chopper News Network): Amsterdam (Cruise Council)- The Cruise council hereby announces the official data for the FBI part VI: "The Return of the Chopper". We will start off on Wednesday the 25th of July 2007 and will reclaim the streets of the DAM again 'til Sunday 29th 2007. Location for this year's FBI will be "Het Westergasterras". We will use the square in front as the meeting point for the this years nightcruise on Thursday, and all weekend we will have our HQ inside this complex for this years COTY (indoor !!) and parties. |
The fifth FBI Meeting in Amsterdam was held in July 2006, organized by the Chopperdome. The number of participants blew up to between 230-300. People from around the world took part in this international event. The obligatory cruise on Saturday was so long that, inevitably, the police arrived on the scene and made some problems. With the promise to stay on the bicycle-way, the crowd was allowed to proceed. Chopperdome's Rhalf promised to apply for permission for next year's event. |
